朱集礦主井凍結壁和井壁結構設計
摘 要
本設計的主要任務有兩個,既朱集礦主井的凍結壁和井壁結構設計。設計內容一共分為四章,分別為:第一章主要介紹國內外凍結壁和井壁結構設計的發展曆程,包括:設計理念的形成、實踐,在我國的的引進發展,和對更深層次設計思想的探索等。第二章主要介紹朱集礦的工程概況,水文地質概況,和主井的主要技術參數,為而後的設計提供必要的數據儲備。第三章是主井的凍結壁設計,主要包括:凍結壁厚度的計算,凍結壁平均溫度的計算。凍結壁厚度的計算,主要是從表土段土層中選出三段控製其厚度的土層,然後采用多姆克第三、第四強度理論和經驗公式計算結果的平均值,來比較得到。凍結壁平均溫度的計算,主要是利用體平均溫度的計算方法,由於體平均溫度計算公式是適用在單排管凍結下的,而實際主井的凍結方案是三排管的差異凍結,因此最後的計算平均溫度與實際設計平均溫度有出入。第四章是主井的井壁結構設計。主要設計理念是采用雙層複合井壁,內層井壁按承受水壓力計算,外層井壁按承受凍結壓力計算,全井筒按水土壓力校核。確定井壁厚度,主要是根據井筒地質柱狀圖,把表土段土層分成三層,每一層又按內外層井壁各自承受的力分別計算出相應的井壁厚度。然後是井壁的穩定性、強度驗算以及配筋計算等,主要計算內容有:井壁環向穩定性的驗算,內外層井壁環向配筋的計算和按吊掛力計算的外層井壁的抗裂驗算和豎向抗拉鋼筋的配筋計算。
