軟件簡介: | 摘 要:為了合理選擇常村煤礦綜掘麵除塵的通風方式,本文根據煤礦中常用的通風方式和氣固兩相流的理論,利用fluent非穩態的數值模擬方法來模擬壓入式和長壓短抽兩種不同通風方式下常村煤礦掘進麵粉塵的運移規律以及司機處粉塵濃度分布,並進行了現場實測驗證。結果表明:對於粉塵運移模型,采用非穩態的求解器要比穩態的求解器更加精確;在長壓短抽通風方式下,渦流對粉塵運移影響較大,可以通過調整風速和除塵風機的負壓來減小渦流的影響區域;采用長壓短軸的通風方式比壓入式通風方式在數值模擬情況下,前者比後者掘進機前部的粉塵濃度降低了22.2%,通過現場實測得到其降低了31.6%,巷道中部粉塵的平均濃度可由508mg/m^3下降到185mg/m^3,降幅為63.6%,表明長壓短抽通風方式數值模擬和現場實測都要優於壓入式通風方式;此外,需要在掘進機的前麵和回風側增加除塵措施,以確保司機處的粉塵濃度符合標準。 關鍵詞:常村煤礦 掘進麵 除塵方式 壓入式通風 長壓短抽 粉塵運移 離散相 數值模擬 分類號: X752 TD714Reasonable Selection of Dusting Method and Its Application in Changcun Comprehensive Drivaging FaceWU Bing,YU Zhen-jiang,ZHOU Yao,GUO Zhi-guo,JIANG Ze-yong (School of Resources and Safety Engineering,China University of Mining and Technology, Beijing 100083, China)Abstract:To achieve a reasonable dusting ventilation in Changcun mine,based on the ventilation mode commonly used in coal mine and the gas-solid two phase flow theory,this paper applies the fluent software of the unsteady numerical simulate method to simulating the excavating face dust migration and carries out on-site verification.The results show that compared with dust transport model,the transient solver is more accurate than the steady state;it can reduce the influence area of wind circulation to adjust the wind speed and the negative pressure of dust removal fan;comparing the long press and short smoke with the forced ventilation,the dust concentration near the machine in the former is 22%less than the latter in the numerical simulation,which reduces 31.6%;the average concentration of central roadway can be reduced from 508mg/m^3 to 185mg/m^3,the drop is about 63.6%.In addition it needs to add dust control measures in front of the machine and return air side to ensure that the dust concentration around the driver meets to the standard.
