摘　要:

基建礦井井筒揭煤時發生煤與瓦斯突出事故問題嚴重，因此在揭煤前必須詳細掌握揭煤區域的煤層賦存、地質構造變化、煤層瓦斯基本參數的基礎數據，嚴格按照《防治煤與瓦斯突出規定》規定的石門揭煤兩個“四位一體”要求進行設計、施工、檢驗，並注重揭煤新工藝技術、新型材料的引入，以實現安全、快速完成石門揭煤工作。
